What are the features of a Chiropractic Lifestyle?

How does a Chiropractic Lifestyle improve health and wellbeing physically, chemically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually?

The vision and mission of a Chiropractic Lifestyles is to empower patients to make wise, healthy, balanced choices in each dimension.

The basic Tenants of a Chiropractic Lifestyle include:

- The body is self-regulating and self-healing. When given the right tools, it regenerates, replenishes and heals itself every minute of your life.

- The Central Nervous System co-ordinates the self-regulating and self-healing processes of the body.

- Normal function of the Nervous System is dependent upon the normal function of the spinal column.

- Normal function of the Nervous System means being able to adapt and dissipate physical, chemical, emotional and spiritual stresses effectively.

- Too much stress from physical, chemical, emotional and spiritual stresses can overload the nervous system to where it is unable to dissipate the stress. Stress gets stored and amplified as tension.

- Tension gradually stiffens and misaligns the Spinal Column causing Subluxations.

- Subluxations irritate the body's central computer, the Central Nervous System, and increases the tone, putting you on a path toward pain and disease.

- Chiropractic Adjustments, specifically Torque Release Technique (TRT) adjustments, help improve spinal function and optimize the functions of the nervous system by reducing Subluxations.

- Following Dr. Barry Sears', The Zone: Anti-Inflammatory Diet, reduces the stress from your chemical environment and decreases the levels of inflammation in the body.

- Taking the appropriate anti-inflammatory supplements further reduces the level of inflammation and leaves the Central Nervous System feeling sharp and alert.

- Participating in back rehabilitation classes reduces the stress from your physical environment.  These classes strengthen and stabilize the spine as tension from within the spine is released.

What kinds of stresses are you experiencing in your body now? What can you do to alleviate these stresses?

I welcome your questions and would love the opportunity to answer them through my blog.
